A great opportunity exists for an HR Administrator to join our People & Performance team.

Reporting into the People & Performance Manager, this role is a fantastic opportunity for you to kickstart your HR career in a multi-national organisation This is a 6-month fixed-term contract that is based at our Enfield Site.

This role will primarily focus on assisting with recruitment and attracting great talent into our business.

Other responsibilities of this role include:

Assist with recruitment by posting job ads, scheduling interview appointments, sharing job opportunities across business
Scope to phone screen roles and partner with hiring leaders in recruitment process to ensure effective recruitment process is held
Assist with Onboarding such as preparing welcome packs, scheduling welcome days
Provide HR Administration support
Assist with training and development initiatives; schedule and coordinate events
Provide support to Diversity and Inclusion programs
Help with reward and recognition initiatives

About You

Preferably held experience in HR or agency recruitment role
HR Graduate or in final year of study

- flexible to be full-time or part-time role

Administration experience in corporate environment
Enjoy working collaboratively with your team and stakeholders
Eager to learn and develop within HR
