We are Australia's leading brand of quality bread and bakery products.We produce a diverse range of wholesome sliced bread, gourmet bread, muffins, crumpets and bakery snacks, as well as supplying leading Quick Service Restaurants and the commercial food service channel.
Iconic brands include Tip Top, Bürgen, Golden and Abbott's Bakery.About the Role:
Available Hours
Option 1:
Part Time - 12:30pm - 5:30pm - Monday to Friday (22.5 hours per week)
Option 2:
Full Time - 9:30am - 5:30pm - Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)
Option 3:
Casual Roles - shifts available Monday - Sunday
As a member of our team, you will be trained and supported to focus on:
- Connecting with our customers to deliver an exceptional experience
- Order Management and Supply Chain fulfilment
- Building rapport to work through any challenge in the moment (FCR)
- Product knowledge
- General administration & project participation
- Experience in a highvolume Contact Centre in an inbound & outbound capacity
- Proven customer service experience, preferably within a FMCG environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally SAP & Salesforce experience and the ability to learn new digital technologies quickly
- A calm & structured approach to prioritising daily tasks and dealing with the unexpected
