Your team:


The RBS Controls Office is a trusted partner, leading best practice for regulatory and risk initiatives across RBS to drive risk maturity and customer outcomes.


Your Role:


As Personal Assistant you will work in partnership and provide support to the
Chapter Area Lead, Change Risk and
Chapter Area Lead, Risk Fundamentals in the
RBS Chief Controls Office. You will play a pivotal role not just for the Chapter Area Leads but for the broader team, helping to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Your responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:

  • Diary and inbox management for the Chapter Area Leads
  • scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an efficient use of time
  • Coordinating internal meetings with senior stakeholders including liaising with other PAs and arranging meeting room bookings
  • Arranging events/functions/offsites/team building events (including catering where required)
  • Support and drive the organisation's & the Chapter Area Lead's objectives, goals and KPIs
  • Participation in meetings coordinating agendas, minutes, actions and tracking
  • Coordinating domestic travel arrangements, and processing expenses
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding
  • Access and analyse reports from various systems
  • Manage procurement processes, while being budget conscious

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Previous Personal/Team Assistant experience with the ability to be tech savvy and pick up new systems with ease
  • The ability to manage workflow and conflicting priorities, work well under pressure and be solution focused
  • Selfmotivation, a proactive style with exceptional attention to detail whilst maintaining confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to build stakeholder relationships with ease
