We seek someone who can support a team of Advisers and their clients.

Each day, these Advisers make it their business to provide the best wealth management and investment advice to their ultra-high net worth clients.

Through this, they aim to give their clients the confidence to do what matters.


In this busy and varied role, your Advisers will need support to make sure the workflow around giving advice runs efficiently and smoothly.

You will assist them as they manage and grow their business and provide a high level of client administration, reporting and process support.

Ideally, you will have experience in a fast-paced private banking, investment or other professional services environment.

You will need to be proactive, have an eye for detail, be a quick learner and work well to the firm deadlines that impact our clients.


You have the abilities to operationalise your team and improve efficiencies, with previous experience in process improvements and implementation of cohesive operating rhythms within a team.

Above all, your support will help ensure we remain leaders in advice who put our clients first.

To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate current or recent experience, skills and attributes, in the following key areas:

  • Solid experience in a support role for a Wealth Management or Professional Services business
  • Have a can do attitude and be adaptable to change
  • Proficient in using MS Office, Excel and Word
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated client service ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Be proactive and able to work autonomously
  • Bachelor degree or relevant industry accreditation desirable
