REGISTERED NURSE

Part-Time & Casual (RN – Grade 2) Positions

Bendigo Location (64 Beds)

As a highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) you will play a vital role in residential aged care service management, planning and delivery of services. Supported by the Facility Manager, you will provide an evidence-based nursing care for residents in accordance with the developed care plan (Flora Hill, 64 Beds).

What you bring:

Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to high quality care and services.

Significant experience as a Registered Nurse.

Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.

Able to work all shifts including night shifts.

Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centered approach to providing care and services.

Working knowledge of Accreditation Standards, Aged Care funding and Aged Care legislation.

High level leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
