As an experienced and highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) you will play a vital role in residential aged care service management, planning and delivery of services at at mecwacare Ballan Residential Facility and Medical Centre. Supported by the Facility Manager, you will provide evidence-based nursing care for residents in accordance with the developed care plan.

What you bring:

Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to high quality care and services.

Significant experience as a Registered Nurse.

Previous experience working in an "In charge" capacity.

Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.

Able to work all shifts including night shifts.

Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centred approach to providing care and services.

Working knowledge of Accreditation Standards, Aged Care funding and Aged Care legislation.

High level leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
