- Providing excellent, resident-focused care in relation to specialised nursing needs, such as management of diabetes, wounds, infections, pain and medications
- Maintaining documentation; completing resident assessments, incident investigation and related care documents in accordance with policies, and procedures and meeting accreditation standards
- Overseeing the administration of day-to-day tasks as relates to the provision of clinical care to achieve best resident outcomes and undertaking clinical monitoring of residents and escalating changes as required
- Applying sound decision-making skills to make effective use of all resources

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Grade 2 Registered Nurses, seeking an opportunity to be a part of our mission to help older Victorians live their best lives?
We're looking for Casual Grade 2 Registered Nurses available to work on the following shifts below in our residential site in Clarinda on the Park, Clarinda home to 90 residents.
What is residential aged care? It's like a warm hug. Our residential aged care homes are just that - a home for our residents. They provide a comforting and warm space filled with libraries, dining area, communal spaces, activity spaces, hairdressers, and of course, a bedroom and private bathroom for our residents.
As a Nurse in a residential home, a typical day will see you:
