Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated A-Grade electrician with leadership experience to join our dynamic team in Seven Hills, NSW.

Description:

As the Electrical Team Leader, you will:

Oversee the electrical aspects of projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including design and project engineers, to ensure integrated and cohesive solutions
Provide guidance and technical expertise to team members, promoting continuous learning and development and fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture
Drive the design and development of electrical systems, controls, and wiring for automated machinery
Work closely with management to ensure seamless coordination and integration of electrical components

Skills and Experiences:

This role requires:

NSW A-Grade Electrical License with experience in an industrial work environment
Qualifications in electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a related field is highly desirable
Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or machinery environment
Strong understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial automation
Commitment to maintaining electrical systems in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Exceptional troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work
