Description:

As a Territory Sales Manager at HMPS, you will play a pivotal role within the Sales department. This permanent, full time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Sales and Marketing division.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory, Victoria
  • Building and maintaining strong, longlasting customer relationships with both existing and potential clients
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper service delivery to customers
  • Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to showcase company products and services
  • Analysing sales data, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvement
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or account management/business development with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Adeptness at building productive business professional relationships
  • Strong analytical abilities with a problemsolving attitude
  • A desire to understand automated machinery and develop strong product knowledge
  • A selfmotivated mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Skills and Experiences:


  • Proven experience in in sales or account management/business development
  • Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data
  • Customerfocused approach with a track record of building strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory, and occasionally interstate or overseas, as required
