The Role:
The Finance Controllership Global Process Owner exists to set the global vision and strategy for Worley's end-to-end Finance Controllership processes, own the process design to drive optimisation, performance and compliance across all geographies, functions and business units, leveraging the delivery capability in the organisation to enable Worley's strategic aspirations.

Responsibilities:
Process Strategy
- Setting and implementing the vision and drive strategic direction.
- Establishing targets and KPIs to ensure process performance meets critical, strategic business requirements.
- Manage stakeholder engagement at the Executive level to influence change.
- Running Process Boards to agree the process transformation roadmap, review projects status, prioritize and approve new projects and automation initiatives.
- Record to Report and Global Payroll, expanding the responsibilities to cover all Financial Controllership.
Process Design
- Define global process taxonomy and design including controls, master data governance standards and endtoend process.
- Ensure alignment between Finance Controllership processes and adjacent functions and processes globally.
- Accountable for Continuous improvement in process design to enhance process efficiency, effectiveness and compliance while optimising costs.
- Resolve issues and approve local/process technical exceptions, variations, and noncompliance.
- Accountable for effective documentation of blueprints, procedures, local exceptions, and changes
Process Oversight
- Oversee the monitoring and analysis of process compliance and performance.
- Set and maintain process level master data standards and monitoring uptake.
- Monitor process audit outcomes projects across process area to inform and drive improvement initiatives.
Finance Controllership Programme & Project Management
- Rationalising, prioritising and approving/rejecting projects based on strategic relevance, business case and feasibility.
- Initiate project launch
- Continuous monitoring of inflight transformation projects to ensure they deliver expected benefits and value.
- Budget for endtoend transformation initiatives.
About You:
You bring significant and specific deep, global, end-to-end process expertise in senior leadership positions, within a large-scale multinational, complex, matrix organisation.
It is essential you can demonstrate your experience in the full end to end process design, possess a high degree of coordination and stakeholder management engagement.
A proven track record of managing complex programme portfolios and delivering measurable success. Excellence in process improvement, change management, Agile Methodology, Six Sigma, Lean, Innovation Methodology, Design Thinking with certification is desirable. Experience in working with ERP systems such as ADP, Oracle and knowledge of Blackline reconciliation tool.As a strategic thinker you can identify innovative solutions and drive successful outcomes.
Your communication and work style enables you to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels and gain by-in and successful outcomes.
