About the job
Worley is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Commercial Managers who have worked on large scale public infrastructure projects (1.5 billion +).
You will partner closely with our client to procure a preferred EPC Contractor who will ultimately deliver on the project scope.
The role will form part of an Integrated Owner's Team to select a preferred EPC Contractor and support them to successfully achieve the project objectives.
This role can be based in eitherBrisbane, Melbourne or
Hobart.

As
Commercial Manager with Worley you will:
- Oversee the procurement process for the selection of the EPC Contractor, including dual / competitive ECI process.
- Report on project cost and risk.
- Manage the project forecast.
- Be responsible for Head EPC Contract Administration.
- Provide leadership in the resolution of contractual issues.
- Manage internal and external legal resources.
- Act as the key point of contact on commercial and contract compliance matters.
- The Commercial group comprising, risk, procurement and project controls teams.
What you'll bring
- Senior level experience with Commercial Management roles on major infrastructure projects.
- Have a proactive approach to managing risk.
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contract matters.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Be selfmotivated, selfstarter and have a solution driven approach.
