Our Opportunity

As a Fund Analyst - LAT Fund, you will provide accurate, timely financial analysis and reporting services relating to the Fund's current office portfolio and potential acquisitions and disposals in order to optimise return on investment.


Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Analysis of financial performance of the office portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, capex management, leasing, operating costs and income and portfolio statistics
Preparation and maintenance of monthly portfolio metrics and leasing register
Liaise with asset and property managers to ensure Cougar/MRI IM models are accurately maintained and provide support as required
Ensure accurate preparation and timely delivery of monthly asset performance report
Oversee month end reporting and reforecasting of externally managed assets
Prepare initial agenda and assist in drafting memorandums ahead of meetings / discussions with the investors
Assist in preparation and enhancement of the Fund's regular reporting and annual budget presentation
Oversee budget process to ensure the Fund's requirements are captured and communicated to relevant teams
Assist in managing the external valuation process including coordinating information packs and deliverables, review and analysis of draft external valuations through to the issuing of final valuations

You will be professionally qualified in commerce, property or a similar business degree with experience in a medium to large scale real estate company, preferably with office sector experience.

You will have strong analytical and financial modelling skills, be highly organised with strong attention to detail. Cougar / MRI IM or similar experience is an advantage for this role.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to build trusting, collaborative, and effective relationships with stakeholders and challenge the status-quo.
