Our client is an ASX Listed asset management organisation in the utilities, transport and telecommunications industries.

They have a requirement for a Business Process Improvement Consultant to work within Operational Support Services in the telecommunications line of business.


Opportunity

As a Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will work with management and engage with the Operational Support Services team to map the processes of of a critical key business unit responsible for workforce planning and optimisation for large, national field services workforce.


You will conduct analysis utilising methodologies such as Lean/Six Sigma/BPMN - the key deliverables will be the development of an As-Is playbook and provide recommendations for improving efficiencies and To-Be future state.


About you

The successful applicant will have:

  • Solid experience as a Business Process Analyst, Process Improvement Specialist or similar
  • Experience/qualifications in Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen/BPMN
  • Strong skills in process mapping, documentation and analysis of business processes
  • Any experience in field services, workforce optimisation, highly regarded
  • Prior experience in telecommunications or utilities, nice to have
  • Experience in tier1 consulting, highly regarded
  • Available immediately, or with no more than 2 weeks' notice
  • Willingness to work in Melbourne CBD onsite 35 days per week
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering, and relevant qualifications in business analysis or continuous improvement (CBAP, IIBA, Six Sigma, LEAN)
This is for an initial 3-month day rate contract with competitive daily rates on offer.
