Site Supervisor - Insurance Construction

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the project
  • Provide leadership and guidance to onsite personnel, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry
  • Strong background in volume detached housing projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
