Headed up by a prominent Director and team of successful Sales Agents, this is a role for someone that enjoys being organized, following systems and procedures and can think on their feet


The Role:


  • Monday
  • Friday
  • General administration processes & support to a high performing team of Agents
  • Create the listing
  • Preparing proposal packs & marketing plans
  • Updating properties online
  • Coordination of sales campaigns
  • Collaborating with the marketing Team
  • Securing appointments for all properties listed for sale
  • Preparation of proposals and administration of new listings
  • Proactively manage operational administration flow of work within the Sales Team
  • Processing of exchanges
  • Supporting with data entry & reporting
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Have a strong administration background in Real Estate
  • A Current Certificate of Registration
  • Ability to manage a high volume work load you will be working across over 20 listings per month
  • Provide a high stand of customer service
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
