Part-time (0.1 FTE - 3.8 hrs per week) fixed term opportunity

About you

As our Registrar Liaison Officer, you'll possess experience in general practice performance assessment and education/training development, whilst having exposure to the development of educational content.


To thrive in this role, you'll have:
completed at least six (6) months of GP community-based training within the AGPT program
strong communication and advocacy skills
passion for assisting registrars and GP training
good working knowledge of requirements for the AGPT program
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you'll collaborate with regional and local teams, the Practice Manager Liaison Officer and the Supervisor Liaison Officer as well as with management to carry out GP training


In addition, you'll:
advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP registrars participating in the RACGP training programs.

support medical education:
module curation, updates, and additions. Answer questions from members, staff, participants, and training organisations relating to the educational materials. Revise and update any guides, training material relevant to the learning units. Participate in the updating and evaluation of learning resources.

assist Training Programs Department support:
day to day questions relating to any medical education aspects of the program.
work with management to inform quality improvements relevant to the practice environment.
