About you
As our

_Local Medical Educator_, you'll have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with exposure working as a GP in a General Practice environment and have experience or an interest in medical education.

To thrive in the role, you'll have:
- experience in general practice performance assessment and education/training development as well as development of educational content for programs.
- demonstrated high level of initiative, conceptual and analytical thinking, and high level of attention to detail.
- work effectively within a team environment and ability to work independently.


About the opportunity
Reporting to the

_Regional Director of Training, _you'll work collaboratively with the GP Training Program Management team to achieve the best outcomes for registrars and supervisors ensuring the delivery of a high-quality nationally consistent GP training program


In addition, you'll provide:
- workforce planning and recruitment
- registrar support
- registrar education
- training site support
- supervisor support and education

  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural and health training
