PMO Analysis for a Transformation Program

The PMO Analyst supports Project Managers with the Project Management Office (PMO) on a variety of IT Projects including a System Implementation and Data Migration Project

You will be responsible for

Manage all project reporting including monthly traffic light reports
Conduct weekly meetings with Project and Delivery Managers
Ensure strong project Governance and manage the risk register
Allocate managed resources across core business and project activities
Report development and management in support of planning and control activities

You will have

Extensive experience as a PMO Analyst working on complex technology projects
Experience in balancing constrained resources and competing project priorities
Exceptional Stakeholder Management and ability to keep Project Managers to account
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite including MS Project
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
