L2 Support Specialist

Summer Hill

3 Months Contract

$45 p/hr (Including Super)

Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced '
L2 Support Specialist'.

Key Criteria:

A broad base of knowledge and competency in core hardware and operating system technologies including installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking.
Level 2 technical skills of end user computer, networking, and patching in support enterprise LAN and wireless, understanding of AV over IP would be helpful.
Understanding or experience in K12 Independent school
Networking training and/ certification
Experience with Wireless network infrastructure.
Experience in management and onboarding of BYOD environments
