    Account Administrator (Ongoing contract)

    Australia > Sydney

    Responsibilities:

    As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the efficient operation of our finance department. Key responsibilities include:

    Assist with data cleansing in preparing for SAP implementation in November

    Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

    Assist with Fixed Assets and with renewal of motor vehicle registrations.

    Assist with Employee Credit Card Claims

    Raise and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

    Journal Postings

    Maintain records and assist in the management of fixed assets.

    Balance Sheet Reconciliations.

    Baseware Expense Approvals

    Corporate Travel expenses reconciliation

    Manage recharging of transport expenses.

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

    Familiarity with financial systems, particularly ELC (similar to Great Plains) and Baseware for PO approvals, is ideal.

    Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

    Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
