Your new opportunity:

We need an experienced Administrator in our Finance team to complete all accounts receivable duties in a timely and efficient manner with minimum supervision.

In this role you will:

Download and distribute daily bank statements
Prepare and allocate payments
Cash allocation of all customer payments, EFT and Eftpos
Process accounts receivable journals and manual adjustments as required
Prepare credit evaluations for new account customers
Conduct credit assessment reviews
Set up New Accounts in system
Maintain and reconcile Cash Sale Debtor Accounts
General office administration and support to the broader Finance team as required

About you:

Proven work experience in accounts receivable or an equivalent Administration Role
Proficiency in MS Office in particular spreadsheets and proprietary software
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
A team player with demonstrated commitment to work as part of a team with a cando attitude
Willingness to drive continuous improvement
Ability to manage and organise own time
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
