About the opportunity:


Accountable for

  • Oversee all Technical Elements of ICT within the College
  • Assist with administrative tasks for ICT and allocate work according to demand to the IT Technician
  • Provide ICT needs and assist at school events such as Open Days and College Presentation Nights
  • Ensuring that information relating to ICT staff is current and up to date.
  • Assist in coordination of the ICT Help Desk, Inspections and Maintenance.
  • Having a high level knowledge of Google, Apple and Microsoft Products and infrastructure
  • Assist with the management of the daytoday routine and requirements of the ICT Department
  • Assist with Supervision of ICT support staff in allocated areas of responsibility.
  • Monitoring of work output and quality.
  • Aassisting with the maintenance of hardware and software components of the computer network. (iii)
Examples of positions which typically fall under this level include:
administration officer, school secretary, accounts clerk and ICT assistant or Helpdesk support.


Typical Experience and Qualifications:


  • Cert III in ICT
  • Appropriate demonstrated experience
