Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to be part of our team at Mindera. As a Business Analyst in our Fashion Tech department, you will have a significant role in pushing forward digital innovation in the fashion field.

In this position, your main responsibilities will involve working closely with clients and various teams to grasp business processes, collect requirements, and transform them into technical solutions. You will analyze, spot potential issues, and suggest optimized solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

Leading high-level analysis tasks across multiple workstreams.
Analyzing and outlining requirements for end-to-end digital eCommerce journeys.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and document business requirements.
Providing expertise in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Guiding the gathering and documentation of detailed business requirements for commerce platform, web, and mobile apps.
Defining and implementing BA methodologies and best practices tailored to replatforming program needs.
Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders: project managers, developers, product owners, and business leaders.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and expectations.
Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
Performing in-depth analysis to identify potential risks and program-related issues.
Conducting data analysis, modeling, and validation to facilitate decision-making processes.
Collaborating with senior stakeholders and their teams to define a clear roadmap for digital products.

Qualifications and skills required:

Proven experience leading Business Analysis or large programs in the fashion or retail sector.
Experience working across timezones with remote teams, ideally following a 'follow the sun' model.
In-depth knowledge of fashion industry trends, customer behavior, and digital solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong grasp of ecommerce ecosystems, web, and mobile app technologies.
Experience in driving highly lean and agile behaviors.
Strategic thinker capable of aligning business analysis efforts with overall organizational goals.
Adaptable and thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
