This role will be responsible to manage the end to end sourcing and recruitment pipeline.

What you will be doing:

Assist to develop sustainable talent acquisition, hiring plans and strategies.
Design, plan and execute selection process including planning interview and selection procedures, screen calls, assessments and in person interviews.
Work with management stakeholders to make key hires.
Manage Employee Referral program.

Qualifications:

Skills that set you apart:

3 Years plus Internal Recruitment experience
Experience in financial sector and/or technology roles preferred.
Experience across entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from identification through to onboarding
Knowledge of ATS.
Knowledge of employer branding techniques
Familiarity with a variety of different selection & sourcing methods
Hands on experience with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
