  • Our Government client is seeking a Delivery Lead who is familiar with M365 and its migrations.
The role is a 12 month contract, 3 days hybrid flex in Melbourne CBD office.


What you'll do:

  • Lead a delivery team of technicians and business analysts.
  • Coordinate simultaneous engagement and migrations with facilities and guide them through the migration lifecycle.
  • Liaise with vendor resources, it's crucial to the change experience and fostering a highperformance delivery culture.

What you'll need:

  • Essential to have leadership skills to effectively manage a team and foster cohesion.
  • Proficient in technology, with a general understanding of collaboration platforms such as M365/Teams and Google, preferably with experience in migrations.
  • Prioritise customer satisfaction, particularly in delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are highly valued and refined.
  • Organised with meticulous attention to detail in planning tasks and monitoring progress.
