An opportunity to work in house at the beginning of our journey in a hands-on role to really shape the direction of the brand by developing, implementing, and leading all Carma paid media strategies across various channels.

Seniority
Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

Campaign Optimisation
Increase performance of campaigns by proactively finding opportunities and tactics to improve processes, experiences, and results

Campaign Support

Support campaigns through various activities, including brainstorming, copywriting, partner or vendor liaison, and campaign execution
Research and Insight Development
Develop deep market and customer insights to guide strategy and activities
