The Organisation

This well-established firm with excitement and opportunity for growth is seeking an Accounts Officer to support the team over year end, with a focus on full function Accounts Payables.

This is starting as a 3-month hourly rate contract with immediate start and has high possibility to extend.

The Role

The responsibilities of the role will also include:

Full function Accounts Payables
Processing Accounts Payable invoices
Coding invoices to projects
Management of the Accounts Payable inbox
Resolving queries
Assisting with adhoc finance administration tasks such as various reconciliations

Required skills and experience
This position is perfect for someone with 2-4 years experience within the Accounts area doing full function Accounts Payables.

Ideally you will have commercial experience within a multi-entity organisation and be strong at managing the Accounts Payables inbox and dealing with queries.

Strong communication and stakeholder skills are required and experience with MYOB system.
