Salary of $89,707- $98,982 pa plus superannuation

About us


Corrective Services NSW runs the state's correctional centres, supervises offenders in the community, and delivers programs to reduce reoffending, support reintegration and build safer communities.


About IDATP


The Intensive Drug and Alcohol Treatment Program (IDATP) takes a holistic approach incorporating a range of therapeutic, health, education, vocation, and pre-release interventions aimed at addressing substance dependence, offending behaviour, and reintegration.

This intervention program gives offenders the necessary support to return to the community, alcohol and/ or drug-free and crime-free.


About the Role


Our Senior Services & Programs Officers provide co-ordination and supervision of services and accredited programs delivered by a team of Offender Services and Programs staff within correctional centres and community locations.


About you
A positive minded individual who is resilient in nature and able to effectively build positive relationships within a multidisciplinary team environment


A current NSW Driver License with the ability and willingness to travel throughout NSW is essential, along with some professional experience in working with individuals with challenging behaviours.

(Experience in conducting group therapy is highly desirable).
