  • Salary circa $55k $75k + super based on experience.
  • Hybrid working, 3 x days WFH and 2 from South Melbourne office.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create engaging content and promotions that deliver strong conversion and return on investment (ROI);
  • Collaborate with members of the Monetisation Team as well as the Editorial, Copywriting, Production and New Acquisition Teams;
  • Develop a good grasp of deliverability and response indicators to help inform decisions that can improve results;
  • Conduct and support the implementation, development, analysis, targeting, and testing of new methods of increasing audience engagement, conversion and monetisation numbers;
  • Assist with webbased monetisation efforts to complement the overall EDM and monetisation strategy.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Must have experience in marketing and working with databases;
  • Completion of a Tertiary Degree in Business or Marketing;
  • Have a good understanding of the evolving marketing technology landscape;
  • Demonstrate proactivity in providing daily meaningful optimisation recommendations and provide timely updates/answers to short notice requests.
