    About the Role
    As a member of the Salesforce Development Team, the Salesforce Developer will analyze, build, and support Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve team goals, ensuring timely and high-quality development. Drive technical innovation, optimize development processes, and improve quality. Work with internal and external stakeholders to meet related objectives, demonstrating flexibility across various teams, platforms, and topics.

    What you'll be doing

    • Execute technical tasks in Salesforce platform, including design, sizing, capacity assessment, and building solutions.
    • Lead Salesforce solution implementation and customization, providing technical leadership and mentorship, and conducting code reviews.
    • Enforce development standards and Salesforce best practices.
    • Optimize, automate, and monitor AGL's Salesforce custom code and related processes.
    • Manage project and stakeholder expectations.
    • Collaborate with BAU teams for continuous improvement in the DevOps model.
    • Support leadership in audit reviews, security, risk assessment, and project governance.
    • Exhibit AGL Values, acting in its best interests and fostering cross-business collaboration.

    About You

    • Background in Salesforce ecosystem development, skilled in architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
    • Extensive experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omniscript, Flexcards, and integration tools.
    • Proficient in building and managing REST APIs and Platform Events.
    • Expertise in Salesforce Industries Energy and Utilities Cloud or Sales/Service Cloud implementations.
    • Desirable certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Omnistudio Developer.
    • Agile mindset, focused on innovation and team growth with a track record in people and team development.
    • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and escalation skills.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving, resilience, and pressure management abilities.
