Job Brief:

We are currently looking to hire a talented Sales Operations Consultant to join our team. This role will be instrumental in providing insightful data analysis, reports and logistics support to help drive sales performance.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing functions to support the sales process, gather sales information, drive sales compliance and identify & implement sales reporting.
  • Analyse and report on sales productivity metrics (pipeline, revenue, activity).
  • Support Sales, Solutions and Marketing teams in customer outreach programs and activities.
  • Monitor and analyse sales/business performance indicators and trends to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate and ensure accuracy of sales forecasts.
  • Research on new and existing clients to generate insights on the clients, services they offer, market and the industry that they operate in.
  • Participate in the RFP/RFI process to provide inputs (on Clients, Solutions, Pricing) and collaborate with cross functional teams (Bid Management, Project Management, Business/Operations Managers etc.) to develop highquality and competitive client proposals.
  • Support in creating presentations for internal and external consumption (client submissions, client presentations, leadership presentations etc.)
  • Assist Sales, Solutions and Leadership team in hosting client visits (prepare agenda, coordinate with operations and sales teams, own all logistics etc.)

Key Requirements:


  • Diploma/degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Prior sales operations experience within the services industry or at least a minimum of 4 years of relevant sales/service, marketing, accounting, financial and/or analytical experience.
  • Strong capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills with good documentation skills.
  • High organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting deadlines.

Salary:
$57, $126,576.32 per year
