The Role
***Our client, is currently seeking experienced Customer Support Officers for this dynamic role, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities. This is a pivotal role providing proactive support, streamlined administration and accurate data management.


Your duties will include:

  • Assist customers via various inbound and outbound channels, addressing inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promptly resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate records, including data entry and detailed note taking.
  • Participate in monitoring and addressing daily Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop and maintain procedures, manuals, and registers, contributing to the improvement of existing procedures.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to pick up IT systems quickly
  • Microsoft Office suite experience
  • Previous Government experience is highly desirable
