The Role
You will play a key role supporting at partner level and the wider office team with a variety of administration tasks.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support at partner level
- Processing of correspondence internally from Accountants and externally from Clients, ATO and Suppliers
- Translation of hand written notes
- Issuing client invoices
- ATO lodgements
- ATO/ABR Registrations
- MYOB database client data entry
- Organisation of meetings
- Support and backup for Reception
You
- Microsoft office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
- High attention to detail
- Experience with MYOB and ATO matters
Private practice experience highly regarded
