Our client is a successful construction company, well-known in their industry and due to natural growth of the business, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join their team.

The Role

Assisiting the Financial Controller with endtoend AP and AR functions
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, can be quite high volume at peak periods
Payroll support for the wider team
Paying vendors and respond to all finance related queries
Manage all subcontractor payments, claims & contracts including ensuring necessary insurances are valid prior to work commencement
Banking & credit card reconciliation
Continuous improvement of payment processes
Be the central point of contact for all financial queries from project teams, contractors and suppliers
Data entry and general adhoc administration where required

About You

At least 2 years' experience in an accounts position, or similar
Construction bacground, highly regarded
Able to work in a fastpaced, highperforming environment
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
MYOB experience, preferred

Renumeration & Benefits

A renumeration package of up to $75,000 + superannution, depending on experience
