About the Role


Southern Cross Care (WA) contributes to social, health and economic development by enabling the delivery of integrated services in our community for the increasingly complex health, care and accommodation needs of our ageing population and those living with mental illness in Western Australia.


We are looking for an energetic and professional Executive Assistant to both the Chief Operation Officer Residential Aged Care and Chief Operating Officer Home Care, Disability and Mental Health.

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday. Our central office is conveniently located in Rivervale.

**We'll also be asking you to: - **- Management of the COO's communications with internal and external stakeholders, including preparation of responses and briefing notes as required.

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and relevant documents to be provided from the COO's office.
  • Management of agendas, preparation of board packs and recording of minutes for two committees each month.
  • Coordination of relevant leadership meetings.
  • Review of formal written reports for document proofing (spelling, grammar formatting).

About You
Ideally a minimum of 3 years in a EA or administrative role in a professional environment. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. High level of communication skills. It is important this person can maintain discretion and confidentiality.
