    Description

    We are seeking a professional who ideally (not essential) began their career in a site-based role and has since progressed into a management position. This position is ideal for a Project Manager ready to step up to a Construction Manager role or an experienced Construction Manager, demonstrating leadership in delivering projects on time, within budget, and above expected quality standards.
    Responsibilities:Lead and oversee both new build and fit-out projects across retail, education, hospitality, and child care sectors.Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Collaborate with the pre-contracts team to develop new business opportunities.Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery.Evaluate project performance continuously and implement improvements.Mentor and develop staff, promoting both personal and professional growth.Cultivate a positive, cooperative team culture.
