The Client

u&u Recruitment Partners are proud to be partnering with a market leader within the retail sector.

Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their collaborative, high-performing small Finance team on permanent basis.

The Role

Process end to end payroll for all employees using employment hero;
Ensure the accuracy and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits;
Administer payroll related taxes, deductions and other statutory requirements;
Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll reports;
Respond to employee enquiries and resolve payroll related issue;
Keep up-to-date with payroll regulations and laws; and

Assist with automation and enhancements project work.

About You

3 + years proven experience as a payroll officer;
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information;
Good understanding of payroll regulations and laws;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and

High level computer proficiency in MS Office Suite.
