The Role:

As a HR Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of this organisations commitment to cultivating a positive workplace culture.

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of HR functions including employee relations, internal L&D initiatives, and policy creation to ensure compliance within a modern and ever changing workforce.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations queries, providing guidance and solutions in alignment with our values;
Lead and oversee all aspects of awards management, ensuring our team is recognised and rewarded appropriately;
Develop and implement internal learning and development initiatives to foster employee growth and skill enhancement;
Create and update HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and maintain compliance with relevant regulations;
Utilise your experience to successfully manage a stand-alone HR position, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement; and

Collaborate with leadership to support a commitment to a positive and inclusive work environment.


Qualifications and Experience:

Experience in a HR Advisor position, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced setting;
Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and regulations;
Proven ability to work autonomously in a stand-alone HR position;
Adept at handling employee relations queries and resolving conflicts with professionalism and empathy;
Experience in managing and interpreting awards;
Familiarity with creating and implementing internal learning and development initiatives;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and

HR qualifications or relevant degree is preferred.
