    Lloyd's Australia/New Zealand is looking for a relationship focused leader who will establish and nurture trusted partnerships with a wide variety of stakeholders as part of playing a key role in executing Lloyd's Commercial Strategy.

    The Senior Manager, Market Engagement, is a commercially minded leader, able to act as an ambassador for Lloyds through collaboration with key stakeholders such as MGAs, key retail and wholesale brokers, risk managers and industry trade associations, as well as Lloyd's managing agents, syndicates and Lloyd's brokers.

    You will be responsible for facilitating innovative solutions to enable stakeholders to leverage the unique benefits of, and alternative risk solutions available within, the Lloyd's marketplace. Acting as a key spokesperson for Lloyd's in the Australia and New Zealand marketplace, articulating the Lloyd's value proposition whilst driving global initiatives including Lloyds Lab innovation programmes, the multinational proposition and captive opportunities.
