Organization Operations Group

Being an organised Executive Assistant means being in control. It's who you are.

You manage the way you work, and you know how to manage everyday workloads better in a fast-paced executive environment.

You plan for the unplanned and you solve problems in ways that prevent future setbacks.

This is your opportunity to showcase your organisational skills supporting the General Manager Operations and a group of over 2000 people.

About the role
Your General Manager is just as organised as you. That's because he counts on your high-level of support to run his diary, correspondence and records.

You're following up on pending matters with little direction and spotting those requests that don't need any action, preventing them from being received in future.

You have the knack for juggling priorities while working beyond the daily tasks to improve the efficiency of your executive and your team.

Because you're highly organised and structured, you'll develop the administration function for the Operations Group, you're respectfully challenging matters and pushing back when you feel something isn't right.

You're also a natural networker and influencer. The type of person who's comfortable bringing your colleagues on side, helping them see better ways to do things. Being open minded enough to appreciate there may be better ways than those you knew.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bring a fine mix of energy and personality, your positive approach to work means you don't worry about change - you adapt to it.

You'll work alongside 8 other EA's in the Leederville based office and will lead and develop the 13 Operations Group Lead Support team members across the state.
