The Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced administrator for the role of a Business Support Officer for our Head Office near Perth domestic airport.

The incumbent is required/expected to work 5 days a week; however, we can offer flexibility with work hours.


The Role


The primary purpose is to provide high level customer focused front of house services and efficient administrative support functions to a number of business units at Arc Infrastructure.

Reporting to the Business Support Coordinator, the position will be mainly responsible for professionally attending to the reception duties, contractor invoices, facilitating the company's travel arrangements and supporting the Facilities & Service Lead.

This will be demonstrated through duties & responsibilities such as:

  • Presenting a positive professional image of the business to customers, visitors and suppliers through the reception function
  • Booking and reconciliation of travel, accommodation and vehicle hire in line with the Company Travel Policy
  • Management of Reception and phone calls
  • Services to Front of House meeting rooms
  • Creation of Requisitions, goods receipting and processing invoices
  • Administrative support for facilities support maintenance as directed

About You

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration support roles.
  • Knowledge of Office and administrative procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in travel booking systems (Desirable)
