Bring your passion for Agribusiness to this exciting opportunity, ideal for an ambitious and emerging Agribusiness Banker based in the Albury-Wodonga region. As a key brand ambassador in the market, you'll partner with customers and engage with key industry stakeholders, driving portfolio growth and cultivating positive customer experiences.

YOU | You will display high levels of professionalism and credibility in all business dealings and will be well-equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges facing regional Australian businesses. With strong experience in rural banking, account management and the agricultural industry, you will also bring the following:
• Ability to build rapport with experience in business development
• Experience working in commerce, finance or banking (including lending and credit), preferably in a rural or agricultural environment
• Understanding of the business needs and attitudes of regional agricultural customers
• Ability to network effectively and maintain good professional working relationships with a range of different stakeholders
• Previous experience in a similar agribusiness, business banking or customer relationship management role
THE ROLE | Develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry and referral partners, as well as facilitating positive customer experiences and outcomes. Join a dedicated team and drive the acquisitions strategy of the region with a focus on business growth, brand awareness and the provision of tailored solutions to achieve targets.
