Our client is a boutique real estate agency working across the South West Sydney Region focussing on Industrial, Commercial & Retail, Sales Leasing & Asset Management. This agency is a household name in NSW, with a presence down the whole M5 region - they dominate.


We are looking for someone that is hungry, motivated and will be on their A game every day Reporting to the General Manager we are seeking a highly organized administrator to coordinate the high-performing Sales & Leasing team.

NO Certificate of registration or Car Required office based role


The Role:


  • Administration support to the Sales & Leasing Agents
  • Manage enquries on the properties
  • Preparing marketing materials for properties
  • Ensure all required documents for sales of properties are received from solicitors
  • Entering property information into CRM System
  • Preparing paperwork to ensure the property is ready for sale
  • Help answer phones & direct calls
  • Live local to Bankstown or South West
  • Someone who is passionate about building a longterm career in Real Estate or Administration
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure and autonomously
