The Position, but not limited to:
- Manage and run sales meetings and be there for mentoring if needed
- Compliance checking
- Run Reporting
- Efficiency strategies (reducing costs)
- Come up with marketing ideas
- Manage lead distribution
Experience required:
- Real Estate Triennial and has managed a sales team
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Organised, checklist and procedure driven
- Efficient with their workload, can multitask and prioritise
- Thrives working in a fastpaced and busy environment
- Adaptable & customer service focus
