Due to an influx of business and off the back of continued success in providing quality care within the aged care & disability sector, this client centred organisation has a newly created role for a Quality & Compliance Manager to join their team.

Based in the North Melbourne area this exciting role will see you drive continuous improvement, assurance and compliance across the group.


Reporting to the General Manager, this stand alone role will be sitting across the organisation and be both strategic and functional in maintaining quality and compliance across all aspects of the company.

You will likely be an experienced Registered nurse who is looking to take your career to the next level and has a passion for best practice.

Your primary responsibilities include;

  • Identifying risks and continuous improvement opportunities through internal audits and high stakeholder engagement across the group
  • Manage and monitor risks and incidents
  • Uplift and ensure fit for purpose processes are in place to improve quality and outcomes for all stakeholders
  • Ensure legislative and regulatory compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards and all other relevant requisites
  • Policy development, process mapping, documentation and reporting aligning with industry & regulatory requirements
Your Background & Qualifications

  • Sound understanding of compliance in Aged Care and NDIS (including the quality standards, WHS, infection prevention and control, and SIRS) setting
  • High stakeholder engagement experience with excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
  • Preferred
  • Experience in the home care/NDIS industry
  • Preferred
  • Current National Police Check or NDIS workers screening check
  • Australian driver's license
