CRM Recruitment is currently partnering with an organisation who are seeking a Corporate Governance & Compliance Manager, to build and implement the Governance & Compliance Framework for this privately owned consortium.


This role is both strategy & execution and is inviting you to be a part of a dynamic and complex business that takes a long-term and sustainable approach to the way they operate.

As the Corporate Governance & Compliance Manager you will work with the Executive team to ensure a bespoke governance & compliance framework is designed and embedded across the organisation.

This role will provide provision of a range of corporate services and specialist advice in areas including strategic and operational planning, reporting, risk management, fraud and corruption control, performance measurement, governance, risk, policy, and compliance frameworks.


Primary accountabilities include:

  • Oversee & manage the internal audit function
  • Carry out corporate reporting obligations, including, modern slavery reporting, political donations reporting, privacy and data protection.
  • Manage and coordinate compliance, review, and update of Corporate Policies
  • Assist in reports for executive team & boards
  • Development and implementation of assurance programs and reporting.

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

  • A proven background in developing, implementing and maintaining a compliance or risk management framework within an organisation with multiple service and delivery areas.
  • Experience in undertaking assurance functions within an organisation and compliance reporting.
  • A strong understanding over the legal and financial structures within organisations and the compliance needs of complex organisations.
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications.
