Our client is looking for a self-motivated Supervisor to join their Boutique in Chadstone. You will deliver operational excellence and high-level customer service.

The brand is a well know, Luxury retailer currently undergoing a huge amount of growth. You will be working with an exceptional, highly experienced, and supportive Senior Store manager.

The role:

Supervisor to lead a team of 5+ in a high performing location of Chadstone
Lead, coach, and manage the team to deliver on sales, merchandising, operations.

Experience managing in a similar highend environment
