About our Team

Defence Test and Evaluation is a small close knit team that is supportive of it personnel and works with Industry Academia and Defence to develop policy, governance, training and to provide T&E advice to the Defence T&E Community.

There are several Defence T&E led Defence wide projects underway that require assistance from everyone within the team as a result you will get broad exposure to T&E across Defence.

The team prides itself on encouragement and professional development of its personnel and recognition of individual skills and efforts.

Defence specific financial skills are required for the position (simple procurement) however a background in non-defence procurement would be easily transferable.

Noting the small team and frequent requirements to take on tasks to cover absences or priority activities proficiency in PMKeys, Modelpedia, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and word is highly desired.

Flexibility independence and a view to learning new skills is key to working within Defence T&E.
