    Company Overview:
    This highly regarded mortgage firm based in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs is seeking a loan writer/broker to join their successful and established business and team.

    Role Overview:
    You will be responsible for assessing and writing home loan deals and applications and deliver holistic solutions to customers.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Preparation and submission of home loan applications for customers
    • Submitting and preparing credit proposals
    • Support the wider team as required
    • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to assist customers and manage the end-to-end application process through to post settlements

    Skills and Experience required:

    • 1+ years' experience within a broking, credit assessment or loan writing position in a bank or mortgage broking firm
    • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
    • Solid financial acumen and credit writing skills
    • Certificate IV in Finance and Broking
    • Desirable to have experience with Connective platform
