Working within Australia's leading Financial Home Loans Company, we have multiple Customer Service positions to start immediately.Based in Melbourne CBD and offering offering flexible working arrangements, this role is great for someone who is keen to work in the finacial services sector.
You will be required to be available for a rotating roster Monday - Friday 8:00am - 7:00pm.Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for providing professional and timely customer service to Mortgage Brokers.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Assisting brokers & customers with phone queries as required
- Answering high volumes of inbound calls
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
- Update and maintain CRM systems where necessary
- Broker general questions about the platform & navigation
- Level 1 support in regards to technical issues that occur
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure you can deal effectively with business partners, broker's team and clients
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
- Strong levels of professionalism and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to prioritise well and manage your daily schedule to ensure deadlines are met
- Previous experience in finance/mortgage broking/administration/customer service
